Wine and Beverage Packages
As we are a Wine & Culinary Center, we pride ourselves on the San Diego County wines served in our downtown wine cellar that are selected to pair with the style and origin of the food being served at your event. We do have a full liquor license and can offer spirits, beer, cordials, and other specialty drinks to your guests. Please inquire with the Event Coordinator for more information and pricing.
If you have a preferred caterer that you would like to work with, we also offer Bar Service only. The San Diego Wine & Culinary Center would handle all beverage service, and for a minimal facility fee the caterer of your choice can make arrangements with our Event Coordinator to cater your event at our facility.
Our wine packages are designed to pair award-winning local and international wines with your food choices. For seated events our wine stewards will pour wines for your guests tableside. With stationed events, accompanied wines will be poured at our wine bar.

Custom Wine Package
Build a custom wine package featuring rare and vintage wines. Let our sommelier assist you in selecting wines from our library reserve to complement your menu. Available for both seated and stationed menus.
Barrel Tasting Package
Features two special reserve San Diego County red wines served directly from oak barrels. As a stand alone wine beverage package or as an addition to selected wine package.
Sparkling Wine
We feature Thornton (Temecula) Non-Vintage Brut and Blanc de Noir sparkling wines for receptions.
