As one of the hottest and newest facilities for San Diego banquets, the San Diego Wine & Culinary Center is the perfect location for your next event. From corporate events, meetings, and team building activities to banquets and weddings, our downtown wine cellar is ideal for a variety of occasions.

Banquets Information
With a bustling downtown atmosphere, San Diego banquets are a way to host a fun, entertaining event for your group. Stacks of barrels and walls of wine await you for private dining for groups of up to 500. With a warm, inviting wine cellar atmosphere perfect for banquets, you can enjoy the intimacy of our Exhibition Kitchen or have a larger event using our entire facility, including our 3,000 square foot patio.
Inspired by fine dining experiences from around the globe, the San Diego Wine & Culinary Center will create menus with as much variety as your appetite can imagine. Because we are a wine-centric venue we marry wine and gourmet wine food into tantalizing tastings that your guests will remember for a long time to come.
Whether you want a fine dining experience or something more casual like wine pairings coupled with gourmet wine food, our staff is here to customize your tasting experience. Our Director of Sales & Marketing will assist you in creating your banquets event and will customize a menu for your specific budget and Culinary preferences. Because of the unique special needs of each private event, we do not put pricing or menus on our website. Please contact us and we will be happy to prepare a customized event proposal for you. Floral arrangements, gifts for your guests, and audio visual presentation equipment are all available at our venue.
Menu/Catering Planning:
There are a few different options to consider when booking your event at the San Diego Wine & Culinary Center. We will handle all the food and beverage arrangements for you, coordinating between the caterer, the client and our staff. This is the ideal situation as it is the least amount of work for the client AND the facility fee is waived.
If you prefer to work directly with one of our approved caterers, then a facility fee will apply (please contact our Director of Sales for a quote based on the day and time of your event). The San Diego Wine & Culinary Center will still handle all bar services.
If you want to work with a caterer who is not currently on our approved list please contact our Director of Sales so that we can give you an overview of the process. A facility fee will apply in this scenario and the San Diego Wine & Culinary Center will handle all bar services.
